Day 1 | Chiang Mai – Elephant Sanctuary – Sticky Waterfall – Chiang Dao
Pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai at 08:30 AM and travel north to the Mae Taeng area.
Begin with an ethical elephant sanctuary experience. Change into traditional mahout clothing, feed the elephants, learn about their behavior, walk alongside them, and bathe them in the river—an unforgettable close-up encounter.
Enjoy lunch before visiting a Long Neck hill tribe village, where you can learn about their unique traditions and cultural heritage.
Continue to Bua Tong Sticky Waterfall, a natural limestone waterfall where you can safely climb barefoot from bottom to top and cool off in crystal-clear water.
In the late afternoon, head to the Chiang Dao area and check in to your peaceful Tree House accommodation, surrounded by forest and mountains.
